The Tariffs for 2012

2012:

Jan 8th - Mar 31st Low Season £600pw
April 1st - June 2nd Mid Season £800pw
June 2nd - September 29th High Season £980pw
Sept 29th - November 2nd Mid Season £800pw
Nov 2nd - Dec 21st Low Season £600pw
Dec 21st & New Year: High Season £980pw

Usual length of stay is one week. Lets run from Sat-Sat. Departure at 10am check in at 4pm.

Rates are for a maximum of 2 people.

Short breaks are available for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Deposits of 25% payable on acceptance of booking. Balance payable two months prior to holiday. If your booking is within eight weeks of arrival; payment in full is required.

Refunds will only be offered if we are able to rebook.

If however, you are interested in any variations and/or Short breaks we do offer some - a minimum stay of two nights is applicable.
